In 2015 while learning the music industry with a Toronto based Music Manager, Freda assisted a freelance up and coming Stylist and Digital Media Influencer from Toronto. She was introduced to YouTube creators, which gave birth to Free Dreams Management.
With 8+ years in Retail Management and 5+ years in Corporate Banking, Freda has transferred various skills to the entertainment world. Freda has over 5+ years in Talent/Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management and Business Consulting. Freda is an expert in assessing brand marketing tactics from different angles, to help position clients for various partnership opportunities that ultimately promote business and brand growth.
Felecia Brown is a PR and Marketing Strategist who has partnered with Content Creators and Small Businesses within Canada and the USA. After working in retail management for over 5 years, she made the transition into the world of creatives and has never looked back.
While working with a Toronto-based Sports Management Agency, Felecia got more experience organizing and planning community events, connecting Content Creators with brands and brand partnerships, and navigating different Entertainment spaces. Looking to expand her portfolio in Digital Marketing and Entertainment Management, she graduated from The Remix Project and SOHO House: Routes-in program. Felecia has worked with brands such as Shopify, Nike and Johnny Walker. In addition to skills with small business owners and creators, Felecia is now transitioning into music and supporting artist management.
Jade Shaw has over seven years experience in volunteering at Habitat for Humanity, and her local church organization. Jade has a strong passion for socio-technological innovation, and event production. Jade brings a high-level of administrative support to the agency, and a great eye for all thing social media marketing. She is completing her degree in Psychology at Redeemer University while expanding her skills in entertainment and social media management.
Demi Valentine is a former Celebrity Makeup artist, Hairstylist, and all things glam! Demi has an extensive background in Film, Television, Production, Advertising and Fashion. Demi's mission is to diversify the entertainment industry by creating spaces for different talents to showcase their skills and build their portfolios in hair, makeup, and styling on film and television sets. Her passion lead her to launching her own creative staffing agency for emerging hairstylists, makeup artists and wardrobe stylists. Her talents have worked with Meghan Markle, Serge Ibaka, Masai Ujiri, Simu Liu, Nobis, BMO, CBC, and Bounce TV (Atlanta) to name a few.
Valentine is expanding her resume in entertainment and PR, while keeping her other passions in motion. A multifaceted creative – Demi Valentine’s strong work ethic, creative eye and innate ability to network effectively is why she now finds herself at home with Free Dreams Management as their new Account Manager and Creative Director.
Danielle Austin has over five years of extensive legal research experience, which she applies to her role with our agency. She is an administrative professional, with a passion for event production, as well as a growing love for social media marketing. Her previous corporate experience helps our agency provide quality service and development to all of our clients.
